Pegasus Parent Programs is looking forward to bringing you an exciting weekend! A tentative schedule of events will be available in June. Be sure to check back often as events will be added weekly.

Healthy Knights Tour

Come see all the areas on campus that are committed to Healthy Knights! Visit one, or all of the offices listed below, to learn more about the services they offer to keep students healthy, and performing their best academically, mentally, and physically!

Tour starts at the Member Services Desk
Come visit your student's favorite place to play, workout and reach for their healthy lifestyle goals! The RWC is more than just a "gym!" Find out all we have to offer your student's during this short, but comprehensive interactive tour. Learn more about our six program areas sure to fit into any student's daily and weekly routine.

Jurassic World Movie Knight at RWC Leisure Pool

Join us for a special viewing of one of 2015's most popular films, Jurassic World. Games on the green start at 7pm; movie begins at 8pm. Enjoy the unique setting of the beautiful Recreation and Wellness Center Leisure Pool as you watch the latest installment in the Jurassic Park line of dinosaur movies.



Late Knights-Family Festival

Grab your family and join Late Knights for Fam Fest! This event will feature games, entertainment, and prizes for people of all ages. This is one of the many UCF traditions that you do not want to miss. Show your family what it means to charge on! You bring a friend, we’ll bring the fun.

Office of Student Involvement Jazz Breakfast

What a great way to kick start your Family Weekend Saturday morning than with a cool Jazz Breakfast experience!


LEAD Scholars Family Weekend Brunch

The LEAD Scholars Family Weekend Brunch is an event that allows the parents of LEAD Scholars to learn more about the organization their child is a part of. Includes meeting the LEAD Staff/Brunch


Startup Resources for Entrepreneurial Students

Thousands of UCF students across campus are engaged in learning about and pursuing entrepreneurship as a potential career path. New students can join this community and learn about ways to explore the power of their own ideas by visiting UCF's Blackstone LaunchPad startup advising office. A brief, reoccurring presentation will describe classes, programs, advisers, facilities, events, and competitions offered at UCF that are designed to support the entrepreneurial interests of students from all colleges and majors.


Who's Going to Pay for This?: A Guide to Managing Loan Debt through Effective Scholarship Searches and Proper Budgeting

This session is intended to provide families with information on student loan indebtedness and to navigate them through the scholarship search process. The participants will learn strategies to minimize student loan debt and maximize scholarship opportunities.


Highlighting Diversity: A Prospective from International and Domestic Students

Come learn about diversity at UCF from the Multicultural Student Center and International Affairs and Global Strategies. Parents and students will learn about services and programs offered for multicultural students and international students at UCF.


Multicultural Academic & Support Services (MASS) Open House

Are you interested in learning what MASS has to offer you? From programs such as First Generation, Brother to Brother, Multicultural Transfer, Knight Alliance Network, and Lunch and Learn, to Student Success Conferences, dozens of interactive workshops, computer access, and scholarship opportunities--there is something for each and every UCF student to get involved in. Come see what's in store for you!


Visit the Bookstore!

Visit UCF's Bookstore to get all your gear for the game!  The
John T. Washington Center store will be open 12-6pm and the Barnes &
Noble location in Knight's Plaza will be open 12pm-an hour after the end of the game.


Spirit Stop

Families and students are invited to attend the Spirit Stop sponsored by Housing and Residence Life to get ready for the game.  Come by our tents for refreshments, face paint, giveaways, and games.


Career Services Open House

Cool off from the summer heat with a popsicle while you learn about the services and programs that Career Services provides to your student. Tours of the building will be given throughout the Open House. We look forward to seeing you there!


College Showcase

Interested in learning more about your college? Join the Colleges at UCF as they showcase what they have to offer! Attendees include College of Arts and Humanities (CAH will be in a different location: Performing Arts Center), College of Education and Human Performance, the College of Engineering and Computer Science, College of Health and Public Administration, College of Optics, College of Sciences, Interdisciplinary Studies, and the Unifying Theme.

Grow Together

Volunteer UCF welcomes all families to serve with us at this year's Family Weekend. Our volunteer event "Grow Together" will involve helping to preserve the UCF Arboretum on campus. We encourage all students and their families to help us make a lasting impact on our community to continue growing together!

Dean's Family Weekend Brunch

Sir Abraham Pizam cordially invites students and their families to join him and his court for a royal feast and Knightly festivities. 

The UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management is excited to invite students and their families to enjoy a day of food and fun at the annual Dean's Family Weekend Brunch. Let us show you why we are the best at hospitality and events.

This year’s brunch will be held at the UCF Rosen College campus on Sunday, September 20, 2015. There will be 3 different brunch times (10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m.) with limited seating at each. Each brunch will feature the exact same food and fun. Please choose and register for the time that your family would like to attend.We are also very excited to announce that pre-feast entertainment will be provided by Medieval Times this year in the Rosen College Courtyard. Guests should arrive at least 45 minutes prior to their registered time. Medieval Times entertainment will begin approximately 30 minutes before each brunch time. (9:30AM, 11:00AM, 12:30PM). Make sure to arrive early to enjoy all the festivities!

The Family Weekend Brunch is absolutely free for current UCF Rosen College students, and only $10 for each family member and guest. Children five and under are just $5. With limited space available, make sure to reserve your seats today. All attendees must RSVP no later than Sept 7, 2015. Cancellations after September 5 will not be eligible for refund.
