Thanksgiving is not the only exciting event happening in November. The Recreation and Wellness Center has put together a host of safe events for students to enjoy this month, ranging from intramural sports leagues to outdoor adventure trips all with university COVID-19 guidelines in place.

Throughout November the RWC will offer group exercise classes, which include virtual and in-person, physically distanced opportunities. Classes such as yoga, tai chi, and F45 bootcamp provide unique and fun ways for students to get involved. Additionally, students can participate in special events, which include the following.
