A Letter from the UCF Parent and Family Philanthropy Council Chair:

Dear Parents,

Welcome to the UCF family! I am proud to serve as chair of the UCF Parent and Family Philanthropy Council, a leadership board of parent donors and volunteers. The UCF Parent and Family Fund sponsors many enriching programs that tuition and fees don’t cover — like career programming, student life, service-learning, the Knights Helping Knights Pantry and crisis support for student emergencies.

My daughter Camille recently graduated from UCF and will begin law school in the fall. She shares my belief that giving back is her responsibility and I believe that, as a parent, I had some influence on her. As UCF parents, we can be an influence on all Knights — not just our own. We should be the shoulders that future Knights stand on, as they finish their education and become our future leaders.

Now more than ever, our students need our support. I hope you will join me and the thousands of fellow parents over the years who help shape the UCF experience through their time, passion and generosity. I hope you will continue the tradition of involvement that has been established by dedicated and inspiring parents. Annually UCF parents support the Parent & Family Fund, which funds programs and services above and beyond what is covered by tuition and fees. We ask all parents to continue the tradition by making a gift at any level: https://www.ucffoundation.org/parents2024.
