Meet us at 8 a.m. at Gate 10 of the FBC Mortgage Stadium. We will hear from a retired New York City firefighter and then begin the stair climb to remember those brave souls.

No. There will be no refunds for the Family Weekend 2022 events.

In mid-September, all Family Weekend 2022 registrants will receive an email with information on parking for Family Weekend 2022.

In the meantime, families can prepare ahead of time by purchasing a Virtual Daily Permit from the UCF Parking and Transportation website HERE for Friday, September 30. This will be needed in order to park on campus that day. Daily permits are valid in all of the “D” parking lots and garages. “D” parking areas are denoted with green signs and are in green on the UCF Parking map HERE. We recommend that families park in Parking Garage A or Parking Garage I to be able to smoothly navigate to the Student Union for Check-In on Friday, September 30.

On Saturday, October 1, you can park in Parking Garage A or Parking Garage I – both of these are free on game days. More information on UCF Football Gameday parking can be found at https://ucfknights.com/sports/2016/7/7/bouncehouse-travel-and-parking.aspx.

Updated September 26, 2022

Family Weekend 2022 Check-In will be open from 12:00pm – 8:00pm EST on Friday, September 30 in the UCF Student Union Pegasus Ballroom.

At Check-In, all families and students registered for the Family Weekend Package will receive an official Family Weekend 2022 t-shirt, promotional items, a food voucher for a meal at a UCF Dining Retail location, and a wristband for access to the weekend’s activities (with exception for the Saturday Football Tailgate and UCF vs. SMU Football game, which required a separate registration process).

To create a smooth Check-In process for all, we recommend that only one member of each family check-in for the entire party. When you arrive, the registration will be under your UCF student’s name so be ready to share that with the staff checking you in.

Click on the “Full Schedule of Events” dropdown menu option above! The Schedule of Events will be updated as events are added to the calendar.

Your UCF vs. SMU Football tickets will have assigned seats. If you wish to sit with your student, or guarantee they will be able to attend the game, you should also purchase them a game ticket when you purchase yours.

Student access to football games is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed (the student section has limited seating).  Students wanting to attend the game should follow the normal student ticket claim process outlined by UCF Athletics. More information on this can be found here. Student tickets through this process are FREE.

At this time, single game tickets to the University of Central Florida (UCF) vs. Southern Methodist University (SMU) Football game on Saturday, October 1, 2022 are sold out.

Any family or friends still interested in attending the game have two options:

  1. There are a limited number of season tickets still available. Season tickets are $175 and include tickets to all 7 home games. In addition to guaranteed tickets, season ticket members have first access to AAC Championship tickets, bowl tickets, 2023 Big 12 tickets, and have the ability to resell any unused tickets on Ticketmaster. This option is great for families planning on attending more than one game, or who want to guarantee their student a seat for every game.
  2. Purchase tickets from other season ticket members through the official ticket resell page on Ticketmaster.com. Pricing for these seats are not determined by UCF and will vary based on the season ticket member offering their tickets for resell.

Updated August 9, 2022

Yes. If you were interested in purchasing tickets for the Saturday, October 1 Football Tailgate or the UCF vs. SMU Football game, there was a separate cost associated with these events.

The cost for the Saturday Tailgate was $35.02 person (regardless of age; UCF students and families each).

Ticket prices for the UCF vs. SMU Football game vary. These tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster here: http://www.ucfknights.com/familyweekend.

As of August 2022, the above events are sold out.
