Parent, Family, or Supporter Orientation



First Year Experience is excited to welcome all our parents, family members, guests, and supporters to the UCF community! You are a vital part of your student’s transition to the University and we value the support you will provide throughout their time at UCF. This starts with the Family & Guest Orientation Program.

The Family & Guest Orientation program allows you to learn about all that UCF has to offer and to ask questions of other families, current students, university staff, and administrators. Please check back here for updates.

Reservations for Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 Admits are now available. Families and guests can attend Orientation by being added to a Student’s Orientation reservation. Please ask your student to create their reservation by clicking the link below:

  • The Family & Guest Orientation will run separately, but concurrently on the date your student selects.
  • Only students are required to be available during their reserved Orientation date.
  • Family & Guest Orientation is optional, but highly encouraged.
  • Due to physical space capacities, there is a limit to the number of reserved spots for families and guests at each Orientation date. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis according to when payment is received. If you experience any issues when creating an Orientation reservation, please contact our office.
