Michele began her UCF journey 4 years ago as an Academic Success Coach and shortly after, added the privilege to serve as a Strategies for Success, Student Life Skills, adjunct faculty supporting the transition of first year and 2-year transfer students by facilitating students’ exploration of learning styles and building a strong academic foundation by developing critical thinking and research skills to empower personal strengths and developing long-term student success habits. In joining the First Year Experience team, Michele looks forward to continuing her efforts in supporting a strong foundational and world-class welcome and transition to UCF for students and their championing support systems. < Back
