Orientation is required for all new UCF students. UCF’s Orientation experience provides information for all incoming students to be successful, both inside and outside of the classroom. During Orientation, students will meet with their academic college and register for courses. Summer admits must attend Orientation prior to the start of Summer classes, while Fall admits must attend Orientation prior to Fall classes. As such, the availability of Orientation dates before the Summer semester will be limited to Summer admits only and Fall admits who are admitted to select programs; these programs are included on the list of dates.
Please note: Admission into a specific student program does not guarantee a Summer Orientation date for Fall admitted students.
Sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis including the separate but simultaneous Family & Guest Orientation program on each date.
When making an Orientation reservation, students will only be able to choose from dates available to their student type.
